We offer tailored support to prepare prison leavers and probation service users by equipping and supporting them with employability skills. We help them to identify and map their skill sets against the areas they would like to work in, develop their CVs and disclosure letters, and co-produce a realistic, multi-step plan to help them with securing the employment they want.

Our students are matched with a peer mentor with lived experience to help them during their employability journey.

For employers, we offer guidance and bespoke training rooted in lived experience so they can accommodate the particular requirements of those re-integrating into the community.
